The Terms of Service are intended to protect businesses and individuals from abuse and annoying communications as well as providing a framework for professional conduct. No materials may be posted which are in any way defamatory or offensive, whether as images, video, comments or through attached files. There are "Report Abuse" links throughout the site to report potentially inappropriate materials, which will be promptly investigate by the webmaster.
Any user who is deemed to have acted inappropriately will have their account suspended potentially leading to termination of the account and the deletion of the complete profile. ABCnexus reserves the right to forward to the appropriate authorities any materials that are deemed to be offensive that may subsequently be used in civil or criminal actions.
